Measurement Tips
It is recommended that your measurements taken by a professional seamstress. If not, please follow the instructions carefully. You can construct any type of red wedding dresses that you desired with this standard measurement.
If you are right in between 2 sizes (for example, if your bust equals size 14, and your waist and hips are size 12) you should order the larger one (size 14) or send us your exact measurements and order a custom size dress (no extra charge). Remember that red wedding dress sizes are very different from regular clothes. This is applicable for any type of red wedding dress like red and white wedding dresses
All measurements you submit must be in inch (1 inch = 2.54 cm), for example, 5 feet 6 inches (5’6″) should be expressed as 66 inches. All fractions must be converted to decimal, for example, 6 1/2 inches should be expressed as 6.5 inches.
Bust – Not your bra size, you must take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
Waist – This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it’s an inch or so above your belly button. They are also known as the natural waistline.
Hips – This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for making full length of your red wedding dresses.
Natural Height – You need to take your height from head to toe in order to get a fully-fitted red wedding dress like black and red wedding dress.
Hollow to hem – Start the tape at the hollow at the base of your neck and measure down to where you want the hem. Also, be sure you are wearing the same height heel you’ll wear on your wedding day.
Bust Points – This is the length between your nipples
Arm Girth – Relax your arm and measure around the largest part of the upper arm.
Arm Length – Start the tape at your shoulder down to your hand.
Around Shoulder – This is the measurement around your shoulder.
Nape to Waist – Measure it from the base of the neck at the back to the Natural Waist.
Waist to Hem – You must take the measurement from your Natural Waist to where you want the hem to be. Be sure you’re wearing the same height heel you’ll wear on your wedding day together with your this red wedding dress.
